We will gladly refund any defective product within 5 days of arrival for manufacturers defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear damage. We do not exchange items that:
You do not like
Are big or small (in size)
You have simply changed your mind and want something else
Please Note:
For refunds, there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling.
For refunds, the item(s) must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.
All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for items damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.
If exchange is more than original purchase, please pay online for the price difference(we will provide instructions); if the exchange is less, we will not refund this amount back to you.
If there are any other problems, we will make SURE that everything will be negotiated to both parties consent
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
